I have found my sessions with Rebecca not only helpful but hugely enjoyable! Her enthusiasm and commitment to her work is evident, as is her belief in its power to help bring about change. Her manner is both friendly and professional, all of which inspire confidence and trust in both her and the process. I find the sessions well-paced and enjoy the combination of enquiry, explanation, setting goals and envisaging the future, followed by the period in trance, which is deeply relaxing and hard to believe you are really doing any “work”, were it not for the difference I have seen in how I manage potentially challenging areas of my life. Rebecca’s approach is focussed on solutions – the clue is in the name! – it feels like a very practical, pragmatic, pro-active and forward-thinking way of taking personal responsibility. Far from being indulgent, I would say that by looking to my own difficulties and addressing them first, I am better equipped to be useful and supportive to others – And I sleep so much better!
