I always wonder what it is that people like to find out on the “about me” page. So I decided to write about the things I would want to know about someone. Perhaps the most important thing to know is why? I choose to become a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist? (SFH) because I want to be able to help others the way I was once helped. Having been on the receiving end of SFH I know the difference that it can make. It was and continues to be transformational, helping me each day to work towards developing a stronger-mind. Now you know my why, I will introduce myself, my name is Rebecca (Bex). I am from Aberdeen in Scotland and I currently work as a teacher with students who have additional support needs. I live with my partner, and my two cats. I enjoy traveling, cooking (well more accurately eating), drumming, being creative, drinking lots of cups of tea, my garden and spending time with family.
