Relaxation Sessions

Relaxation is a brilliant way to help decrease stress, anxiety and cope with the ups and downs of everyday life. To effectively combat stress, you need to activate your body’s natural relaxation response. Hypnosis helps you enter this natural response. Entering this deep state of rest puts the brakes on stress, slows your breathing and heart rate, lowers your blood pressure, and brings your body and mind back into balance.

I offer group relaxation sessions once a week on a Wednesday night at 8:15pm. Sessions last 45 minutes and consist of a short explanation of the brain and then a 30 minutes hypnotherapy relaxation session.
